In this work, the motivation and learning performance of individuals in a categorization task with reward and punishment conditions in the context of the revised reinforcement sensitivity theory (RST) was investigated. After RST the emotional motivational Behavior activation system (BAS) under reward and Behavior inhibiton system (BIS)under punishment are activated. The BIS is linked with the personality trait anxiety and the BAS with the personality trait impulsivity
