Triple pelvic osteotomy according to Toennis leads to valgus of leg axis and hyperkyphosis of thoracal spine and hyperlordosis of lumbar spine.
It is a good procedure to treat hip dysplasia in adolescents. The disadvantages are not clinical relevant.
