Abstract

In this study we examined the upper lip bite test (ULBT) in consideration of practicability, reliability between two examiners as well as discrimination ability and other statistic indices in comparison with the Mallampati score. 1425 patients attended the prospective study. Preoperative ULBT and Mallampati tests were implemented by the author. The results of both tests do not intercede any clinical relevance.
