Abstract

Globalized market-processes lead to an increasing flexibilization and delimitation of work. The post-modern employee is expected to think in an entrepreneurial way and to subordinate "with heart and soul" to the requirements of the market - more and more frequently this has negative consequences on ones health and needs in life. Against the background of an antropologically reflected concept of corporeity the author analyzes how to improve ones perceptional ability and bodily ressources and to develop an inner guideline for dealing with contradictions, uncertainties, ambivalences on behalf of a healthy work-life-balance.
