Abstract
This dissertation investigates the intraradicular bond strength of experimental calcium phosphate sealers with different transglutaminase compositions. The aim was to evaluate the influence of material composition on bond strength and fracture modes within the root canal. Extracted teeth were endodontically treated and analyzed using a pull-out test. The findings provide insights into the relevance of sealer composition for stability and long-term success of endodontic treatments.
