Abstract
New organic salts on the basis of chalcogenide, chalcogenolate, carboxylate and azolate anions were synthesised and characterised in detail. These substances show application potential in the area of redox mediators for dye sensitised solar cells (DSSC) and lithium ion secondary batteries.
