Starting from the synthesis of PhSi(SiMe2PH2)3, that has been described in the diploma
thesis before, in this doctoral research study the alkaline earth metal complexes of
calcium, strontium and barium as well as a compound with diisopropylgallium-groups
were obtained and characterized.
In the second part of this PhD-study, the branched silane PhSi(SiiPr2H)3 was obtained,
chlorinated with TCCA to PhSi(SiiPr2Cl)3 and functionalized with the
phosphorus-transfer-reagents [Li(dme)PH2], Li[AlPH2]4 and Li3P.
The last part of the PhD-study is concerned with the synthesis of a siloxane bridged bicyclic
compound and the reactions on the silicone bridgehead.
