Abstract

The efficiency of an imageless computer-assisted implantation in TKA was evaluated and compared with conventional technique. METHOD: The authors implanted 8 TKA using the imageless CT-free VectorVision-Navigation System. The quality of implantation was studied on postoperative coronal, axial and lateral CT-images, by testing the kneestability and by making literature-enquiries.
