Abstract

This dissertation deals on the one hand with the synthesis of higher BODIPY (borondifluorodipyrromethene) compounds and their investigations with regard to their structures in the solid state, optical properties and reactivities. On the other hand, the present work deals with the synthesis and reactivity studies of dipyrromethene-stabilized compounds of heavy elements.
