Abstract

This thesis deals with the question of the effectiveness of intensively supervised residential care groups. By means of qualitative and quantitative methods the effectiveness (result quality) of intensively supervised residential groups was evaluated. In addition to the actual evaluation of the effectiveness, the project also dealt with the need for a sensible link between qualitative and quantitative data in residential cares, as well as the perspectives (addressees and staff) and the orientations (deficits, resources, capabilities) of efficacy measurement in this field.
