Abstract

Under this thesis, two effects of bacteriorhodopsin were investigated. The photo-induced microstructuring was studied in the first part of the work. The diffraction gratings were showed as an application example for it. The photo-induced anisotropy was researched in the second part. This effect was applied for the data storage with several informations.
