Influence of Latanoprost on okuläre Hämodynamik and contrast sensitivity with healthy: Beside a raised intraokularen pressure a Perfusionsminderung of the visual nerves head is postulated as a pathogenetischer factor of the glaucoma damage. The purpose of the present study is to examine the influence of Latanoprost on okuläre Hämodynamik. Method: In prospektiven, twice disguised study, 15 test persons Latanoprost applied AT, and 15 test persons placebo AT, 1x daily by the night.
