This paper was generated in the range of the european PASTURE-Study.I looked at the expression of cytikines in stimulated cordblood of neonates from pregnent women out of farm-enviroment vice versa non-farmers.
It was pointed out that the time of working in a barn by the pregnent women is positiv correlated with the expression of IFNg and TNFa in the cordblood.
