Abstract

This survey investigates child- and adolescent patients with dissocial behaviours (ICD-10 diagnosis F91 and F92) being treated in hospital regarding their individual strain and development aiming at identifying effective treatment. For this purpose this survey records 1972 child and adolescent patients of a nonselected population being treated in hospital from the year 1995 until 2000. 433 children and adolescents of this population show dissocial behaviours. Compared to all other 1531 child- and adolescent psychiatric patients being treated in hospital we find significantly different results regarding strain and development.
