Abstract
PRMT6-dependent alternative splicing in pluripotent as well as differentiating NT2/D1 cells affects predominantly cassette exons and inton retention in a predominant transcription- and H3R2me2a-independent manner, but relies on PRMT6 enzymatic activity.
