Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of communication trainings conducted by trained speech teachers of the German Society for Speech Science and Speech Education (DGSS). The focus lies on how the evaluation practice is designed and what significance evaluation has for the trainers carrying it out. In addition to the evaluation of the various study elements such as online surveys and telephone interviews, the dissertation concludes with a practice-oriented guideline.
