Abstract

123I-IBZM-SPECT and a ROC-analysis were used to estimate a treshold value to differentiate an idiopathic Parkinson´s disease from an atypical parkinsonian syndrome.Sensitivity ans specifity of all treshold values can be read off the so-called ROC-graph.
