Abstract

On the one hand this thesis deals with the question where graduate educators who have completed their study of extracurricular education for adults and adolescents between 1981 and 1991 at Philipps-University of Marburg have gone professionally. On the other hand it examines how they rate the utility of this study for their professional activities retrospectively. In a last step conclusions from the results of this analysis are drawn which are also important for the new educational science bachelor and master degrees.
