Abstract

In vitro evaluation of tyrosine kinase inhibitors in thyroid cancer: The thyroid carcinoma is the most frequent malignant disease of the endocrinal organic system. The effectivness of tyrosine kinase inhibitors has already been proved in clinical studies in various tumour entities. The results shown in this study together with the results of already realized in vivo-studies establish a possible option for therapy of the advanced thyroid cancer.
