This thesis is about the phylogenetic relationship of different Lamiaceae and Boraginaceae. I examine the BAHD-Acyltransferase Rosmarinic acid synthase and Hydroxyshikimic acid synthase in different plants of these families on the level of gDNA and cDNA with different PCR-methods. After identification of different putative gene fragments, I generated a phylogenetic tree to obtain new informations about the relationship of the plants in these families.
