Abstract

The thesis presents a quantitative and qualitative analysis of medical records of schizophrenic males. From a medical-historic point of view, two issues can be highlighted: 1. Schizophrenia as a medical term and possibilities of treatment at that time. 2. Psychiatry in National Socialism – relations to forced sterilization, euthanasia crimes and military psychiatry.
