In this task a research of already available national and international guidelines has been made to develop in-clinical requirement profiles of diagnostic imaging of cardiovascular diseases.
These requirements should be available as clear und easily
understandable recommendations for the radiological treatment.
To enable a more precisely assessment of the primarily information, which lead to
the elaborated results, origin charts with evidence and recommendation conditions
are stated. An adjusted system of two recommendation and three evidence levels
has been developed for the comparing research of the inconsistent classification
systems. The charts show recommendations to potential methods of diagnostic imaging for a specific clinical question.
The DELBI technique has been used to evaluate the systematic quality of the
particular guidelines. It shows that the guidelines have considerable differences in
certain domains of quality. The results of the DELBI analysis are also presented in
domain-sorted charts for all guideline providers used in this task.
