Abstract

The dissertation offers the critical edition of the arab treatise 'Exposition of the Orthodox Faith and Refutation of the Errors of the Jacobites and Nestorians' of Abdallah Ibn al-Fadl al-Antaki, a christian-arabic theologian of the 11th century. It also contains a German translation, a description of the author's life and works as well as the manuscripted used in the edition and a analysis of the content of the treatise.
