Abstract

Pharmacokinetics of etoposide after application of etoposide phosphate was investigated in a group of 30 patients. The results were correlated with age, AP, renal and liver parameters. In patients with renal insufficiency the elimination of etoposide from etposide phosphate was significantly reduced. Higher AP-levels were combined with higher peak-levels of etoposide. Age and abnormal hepatic parameters had no influence on etoposide pharmacokinetics.
