Abstract

In order to develop a Personality Oriented Education Approach Isabel Creuznacher deduces a Recombination of Didactic Models from basic principles of the Schumpeterian theory combined with basic principles of Personality and Learning research. Its aim is to improve Entrepreneurial Behaviour as well as a positive attitude towards Entrepreneurship beginning with the access to secondary school. Presently there exists no alliance in Entrepreneurship Education on both levels at the time, Secondary School and University. Therefore Isabel Creuznacher works out to what extent the Approach on Secondary School can be linked with the existing didactic designs within University Apprenticeship. Particularly with regard to University Education she emphases implications for teacher-training which fit the Approach on Secondary School level.
