Abstract
Visual navigation is of ultimate importance in everyday life. A system that navigates must have a number of capabilities like estimating its own motion, recognizing obstacles and moving objects, determining a possible time of impact or finding particular places in an environment.
The present study was dedicated to the analysis of the dynamics of self-motion perception. The major goal was the investigation of changes in motion dynamics and how the system develops and alters over the life-span.
