Abstract

Non Hodgkin of lymphomas (NHL) belong in the industrial nations to the tumor illnesses with strongly rising prevalence. 20% originate from primarily extra nodul tissue. The stomach is the most frequent place of manifestation of the extra nodul lymphomas. Since the work from Isaacson 1984 one proceeds with the fact that a large portion of the lymphomas of the gastrointestinal tissues from Mucosa associated lymphatic tissues (MALT) comes out. They are called Marginalzonen b cell lymphomas by the type of MALT lymphomas(MZBL MT). According to the modified WHO classification by these lymphomas the lowmalignant MALT lymphomas of the stomach are understood (the so called gastral MALT lymphomas).
