We compared the studies „Expansion of the midpalatal suture by removable plates, analysed by the implant method“ Skieller (1964) and “Midpalatal suture expansion studied by the implant method over a seven-year period” Krebs (1964)presented on the Kongress „Transactions of the European Orthodontic Society“. The Result is, that there are no differences in the long term Results in the two Studies.
