Abstract

The scope of this work is the structuring of metallic surfaces by laser radiation. Thereby the direct generation (LIPSS) as well as the indirect synthesis (catalyst generation for CNT-growth) is addressed. Additionaly the light absorption characteristics of different CNT-structures is part of this work.
