Abstract
Is: The post office bypass Ischaemiediagnostik represents a
challenge, those diagnostically so far only insufficiently developed
to being introduction: In these investigations we examined therefore
the application type new qualitative and quantitative parameter of the
pacemaker- stressechocardiography with TDI (Tissue- doppler- imaging) as well as the effects for conventional and laboratory-chemical markers of ichemia. Hypothesis: Our hypothesis was that pacemaker stresstest is
directly after surgery applicable to patients, offers new insights into the left heart- chamber hemodynamics , as well as laboratory-chemically with
conventional and new Ischaemiemarkern represents no additional risk
for the patient. Material and methods: We accomplished two-dimensional
and Gewebs Doppler pacesetter investigations within 48h after
aortokoronaren bypass operations for the investigation of the
global and regional systolic and diastolic linksventrikulaeren
function with 30 patients. We quantified both the standard
Ischaemiemarker and potenziell new markers with this patients
and at a correlated control's group. Results: We could perform pacemaker
stressechokardiography with all patients successfully
and by means of conventional and new quantitative Gewebsdoppler
parameter evaluate the revascularisation after coronary- bypassoperation. Agreeing with the echokardiografischen results the laboratory-chemical markers
did not show additional, myocardial ischemia induced by the pacemaker Stressechokardiography. Conclusions: Owing to the new visualization of the myokardialen function with TDI a sensitive and qualitative evaluation can
take place during the stress test also without digital storage. Either the
conventional and the new defined TDI- parameters permit a
direct, complete qualitative and quantitative nichtinvasive diagnostic tool to determine myokardial ischemia fast, effective and sensitive
are very well tolerated.
