Based on the observation that society and business world today are exposed by changes, this work "The academic entrepreneurs" makes the relevance of entrepreneurship clear. Innovation is essential. It pushs the necessary structural changes, called “creative destruction" by Schumpeter.
Starting a business and the enforcement of innovations requires a certain type of entrepreneur who is under-represented in Germany so far: the academic entrepreneur. It causes an increase of the level of innovation of a society and ensurs economic dynamical processes.
