Abstract

In vitro evaluation of radiopeptidetherapy in combination with chemotherapy for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumors. The combined treatment of AR4-2J cells with 177Lu-DOTATOC with chemotherapy (Doxorubicin or 5-Fluorouracil or Cisplatin) shows a significant better reduction of cell proliferation than the monotherapy with one of these agents.
