Abstract

We generated several monoclonal antibodies against murine TIR8 / SIGIRR and described the isotype, the characteristics in cell culture, in the ELISA, as well as the properties in the Western blot for selected clones. We show possibilities for improvement and simplification of the hybridoma technology.
