Abstract
In dieser Arbeit gelang die Synthese verschiedenartiger Liganden zur allosterischen Modulation von GPCRs. Außerdem wurde versucht den Bindungsmodus eines allosterischen Modulators synthetisch zu beweisen.
In this work, the synthesis of different ligands for the allosteric modulation of GPCRs was achieved. In addition, an attempt was made to synthetically prove the binding mode of an allosteric modulator.
