Abstract

The treatment of ovarian and endometrial cancer in the advanced and metastatic stage is still difficult. In earlier studies it was shown that LHRH and its analogs had antiproliferative effects on ovarian and endometrial cancer cell lines. By systematic investigations antiproliferative effects can be demonstrated in dependence of the LHRH-receptor i a panel of different ovarian and endometrial cell lines.
