Ceramic veneers for doublecrowns are well
tolerated and show an unchanged state of color and an excellent
aesthetic appearance even after years, in contrast to composite
veneers, which are generally used for facing double crowns.
Nevertheless the risk of fracturing is very high and making up
a new ceramic veneers is awkward and complicated. The described
procedure shows a way to resolve this problem by making well
fitting and color matching ceramic veneers, that are sticked on
the secondary crown, by using conventional
ceramics.
