The paper gives a critical look about various digitization projects in the field of reconstruction of medieval monastic libraries. Those projects are evaluated using the PERSONAVINO criteria catalog from 2019 (https://archivalia.hypotheses.org/98939). In addition to points of criticism, reference is also made to best practice solutions.
