Analytical data

Description

This subset of the repository contains the analytical data generated in the study. This includes data of the transcript expression analysis, multiplex immunoassays, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, image analyses, and measurement of transepithelial resistance. Furthermore, the validation of the multiplex immunoassays with purified proteins and sera is included.
